Growing Sustainable and Profitable Companies that Employees Admire, Communities Cherish and Industries Follow

Chris Ramonetti is an aggressive and methodical change management executive with extensive success driving leaders, teams, and projects through rapid growth, in dynamic and technology driven environments. As the Managing Partner for ProspEquity Partners, he brings his unique methodology for building rapid value for companies, which he has successfully scaled across numerous entities and various industries. With a critical mix of expertise in systems, processes, technology, relationships, and business operations, Chris brings an incredible ability to align organizations, and create sustainable growth.

In his previous role as Executive Director of Spaulding Group Inc., Chris infused an institutional knowledge and a track record from industry leaders to enable a differentiated value proposition for clients, standing apart from traditional investment banks. With over 15 years of experience working from both sides of the investment banking table, he delivered his extensive experience from Fortune 500 corporate strategy and operations as well the Boston venture capital and startup community.

Prior to Spaulding Group and over the course of a dozen acquisitions exceeding $2 billion, Chris was the driving force behind strategic operations and change management at Clean Harbors Environmental Services, with a consistent annual track record of a 250-basis point reduction of costs and 100 basis point improvement in EBITDA margin. Now a public Fortune 1000 company with over 14,000 employees and 600 locations, Clean Harbors utilized its homegrown technology and innovational processes to become North America’s industry leader across Environmental, Energy and Industrial, Oil and Gas, Emergency Response, Field and Technical Services. As the cross-functional manager of 30 executive leaders, Chris oversaw all large-scale initiatives from system implementations, line of business pivots, departmental transformations, process changes and company integrations. As with any dynamic organization, he has had the benefit of leading various corporate departments including Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Asset Management and IT.

From designing, installing and leading product roll-outs of Medical Devices such as MRI, CT and Fluoroscopy products to overseeing the $160M Field Service Operations and P&L for 120 hospitals for GE, Chris understands the importance of organizational alignment and commitment. While working to improve his Lean and Six Sigma methodologies through numerous champion roles, he helped improve GE’s industry penetration, drive contracted service revenue, reduce operational costs, improve overall product designs and guide the company through Global-Star Certification.

When not travelling the world, and enjoying new experiences, Chris spends his spare time heavily involved within the Boston startup community and with university accelerator programs. Whether mentoring, coaching or chairing, he enjoys the challenge and thrill of early stage businesses.
